Shipping & Payment Information
How your order is delivered
All Craftylife Boutique products are custom digitizing files — there is no physical shipping. Your finished stitch files are emailed to the address you provide at checkout and are also available to download. Please make sure your email address is correct and able to receive files so nothing is missed.
Turnaround time
We work fast. Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 5:00 PM EST are usually completed the same day — the next business day at the latest. On Fridays, the cutoff is 12:00 noon EST; orders received after noon on Friday are typically completed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders are handled the next business day. Need something quickly? Message us and we’ll do our best to rush it.
What you’ll receive
Your design is hand-digitized — never auto-converted — and delivered in the machine format you choose at checkout: PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3, and more. Need a format that isn’t listed? Just ask and we’ll include it.
Free revisions
We want your file to stitch out perfectly. If anything needs adjusting, send it back and we’ll revise it free of charge, until you’re happy with the result.
Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of order. We accept secure credit and debit card payments, processed through a trusted third-party provider. We do not accept checks, cash, money orders, or cryptocurrency unless arranged in writing.
All sales are final
Because every order is a custom digital file, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or returns. Instead, we guarantee our work with free revisions until your file is right. See our Refund & Revision Policy for details.
Order confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is received, and all order communication is handled by email. If you don’t see your files within the expected time, please check your spam or junk folder first — then reach out.
