Refunds on Digitizing:

We do not offer refunds on digitized or vector artwork files. i.e if you place an order and change your mind. Due to how our production que is organized. When you place an order your slot is being held you are purchasing our time not a file. We do not offer refunds for lack of knowledge. When you place your order, you are required to provide the type of stitches you require, if out of the normal satins.  We do not do custom redwork designs.

Digtized Files 

We will make edits until the issue is resolved or after test sew outs that we can not produce the same issue. Edits are defined as a minor adjustment to an already digitized file.  i.e. customers machine may have an issue and the file is deemed to be correctly sewn on other machines.
