All sales are final. Every Craftylife Boutique order is a custom digital file created specifically for you, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Our guarantee: free revisions

What we offer instead is our work, guaranteed. If your digitized file needs adjusting, send it back and we’ll revise it free of charge, until it stitches out the way you want. Most concerns are solved quickly this way — so if something isn’t right, please reach out first and we’ll make it right.
