- Heavy twill. Classic work shirts (think Dickies/Red Kap‑style twill) are dense; we set underlay and density so the logo sits clean on a stiff weave.

- Grease and wash durability. This gear gets filthy and washed hot; the build favors stitches that survive it.

- Yes — the shop logo on one chest and an individual name on the other is the classic setup. Name tapes/ovals are easy to run once digitized.
- My work shirts are thick twill — does that matter?
